Mortgage and Protection Advisor Location: Macclesfield, CheshireMy client is seeking a motivated and experienced self-employed mortgage advisor to join the team in Macclesfield. In this role, you will provide expert mortgage advice to clients, assisting them in finding the best mortgage solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities:

• Offer comprehensive mortgage advice to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their financial situation and goals.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, providing support and expertise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in your services.
• Stay updated on mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant advice.

Requirements:

• Qualified mortgage advisor with relevant certifications (e.g., CeMAP).
• Proven experience as a mortgage advisor, preferably in a self-employed or hybrid model.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
