At East Cheshire Hospice, we provide compassionate, patient-centred care to individuals with life-limiting conditions.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring dignity, comfort and quality of life for both patients and their families.
We are currently looking for caring and committed Healthcare Assistants to provide support to patients and their families within our Sunflower Living Well Centre.
We take the time to see beyond the patient's condition, to provide holistic care to the whole person, and their loved ones.
Our essential and well supported teams work closely with partners in the NHS, as well as other charities, to complement existing local services within our community.
What we're looking for:
We are seeking compassionate individuals who are committed to providing high-quality car.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in palliative or end-of-life care.
- A caring and empathetic nature.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
- An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential, training will be provided).
