Revit Technician - Macclesfield Hybrid Working 8am-4pm Core Hours

Join our dynamic Asset Information Team, where your expertise will directly support the Facilities Management of a diverse and expansive asset portfolio.

We're looking for someone who's not just technically capable, but passionate about creating and maintaining high-quality Building Information Models that make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Revit/BIM Technician, you'll:

  • Create, edit, and manage modelled information using Revit.
  • Ensure all updates are accurately transmitted to the Common Data Environment (CDE) and accessible to end users.
  • Conduct site surveys to validate existing or newly acquired data.
  • Develop content that aligns with company standards and best practices.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have experience with:

  • ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment
  • ISO19650 Suite and modelling best practices
  • Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination
  • Drawing/document control and COBie data population
  • AutoCAD and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering
