We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is eager to begin or develop their career in healthcare.
This role offers the chance to support experienced healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality palliative and end-of-life care to patients and their families, while working towards an accredited Apprenticeship qualification in Healthcare Support.
As part of the team, the successful candidate will work across all three areas of the Hospice: the In-Patient Unit, Hospice@Home, and the Sunflower Living Well Centre.
This varied experience will provide valuable, hands-on skills within a supportive, friendly and compassionate environment, helping you build a strong foundation of healthcare knowledge.
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and experience of working effectively within a team.
Good communication, numeracy and IT skills are essential, along with a genuine commitment to providing excellent care.
