Nub News is a ground-breaking online local newspaper for towns across the United Kingdom. Our mission is to put "your town in your pocket" - We aim to make local news easily accessible on all devices, particularly mobile, without intrusive pop-up advertising, enforced surveys or clickbait. We will ensure that our content remains truly local. Providing local news, community news, what's on, local business listings, classifieds, jobs, property, and obituaries - all the staples of a good local newspaper.

The Role

Nub News is looking for a highly motived and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to provide creative support for all new business materials, from customer banners to presentation packs for the sales team to use when prospecting and a multitude of various other projects. You will have responsibility for turning ideas and direction into banner designs and physical information packs. Here at Nub News, you will have the opportunity to fully utilise your design skills and creative flair to the best of your ability, the sky is the limit!

Personal Experience & Skills

  • HubSpot experience desirable but not essential
  • A flair for design
  • Produce high-quality creative content
  • Creating engaging and informative graphics
  • Create assets to be used across Nub News websites and social media channels
  • Design seasonal campaigns for the sales team
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • Produce high-quality creative content
  • Keep up to dates with all the latest trends and marketing technologies, creating marketing campaigns and strategies to drive company growth
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite
