SALARY & WORKING HOURS

The majority of work will take place during normal weekday working hours.

However, due to the nature of providing cover across our business, we do require someone who can offer flexibility when occasional early morning, late evening or weekend work is needed.

These requirements are expected to be infrequent rather than a regular part of the working week, and we will always aim to provide as much notice as possible.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Exceptionally reliable, punctual and trustworthy
  • Flexible, adaptable and comfortable with a varied working schedule
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistently high cleaning standards
  • Confident working independently and managing their time effectively
  • Friendly, professional and hardworking
  • Comfortable working across different properties, environments and cleaning tasks
  • Willing to learn, develop and take on new challenges
  • Someone who takes genuine pride in their work

Previous professional cleaning experience would be advantageous, but the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.

WHAT CAN WE OFFER?

  • A stable salaried position with guaranteed contracted hours
  • A friendly, supportive and growing local business
  • A varied role where no two weeks are necessarily the same
  • Mileage expenses for eligible business travel
  • Company uniform and all cleaning equipment provided
  • Summer and winter team events

  • Opportunities to grow alongside our expanding business
  • A team where your hard work and contribution genuinely matter
