Managing team performance, conducting monthly 1-2-1 s with PM s Spot checking PM s portfolio reports to ensure KPI s are being met Hold weekly and ad-hoc team meetings to ensure company and departmental procedures and processes are being discussed and followed Assisting the management team in the day to day running of the property management team Ensure relevant compliance tasks are up to date in accordance with company policy and relevant legislation. Train and develop new and existing team members. To work closely with the branch network to ensure good communication and a strong working relationship between the branches and PMC. Assist the manager with interviewing and recruitment of new property managment staff when required
