Description

  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements.
  • Focus on Stock condition, HHSRS and Decent Homes surveying and standards
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and address any arising issues.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to the construction team.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality housing projects within the community.

Profile

  • A strong background in construction, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
