Property investors, listen up!

A retail unit in Macclesfield, currently occupied (until at least mid-2027), will go under the hammer next month.

It has just been announced that 8 Mill Street, a three-floor retail unit, will be auctioned for sale on Tuesday October 15.

The guide price is over £200,000, and the public auction will kick-off at 09:30 am.

The tenure is freehold, and described by auctioneers Auction House London as: "A mid-terrace building arranged to provide a ground floor shop and first and second floor ancillary space let to Pandora on a fri lease producing £30,000 per annum."

The listing goes on to describe: "The property comprises a mid terrace building arranged to provide a shop and ancillary arranged over ground and two upper floors.

"The property is subject to a 10 year Fri lease from 22nd June 2017 to Pandora. The tenant opted not to exercise their 2022 break clause."

"The property is situated on a mixed use road close to local shops and amenities. Transport links are provided by Macclesfield rail station."

Macclesfield: Think you can take it on? Could you organise a new tenant for it, or negotiate a new deal with Pandora in two-and-a-half years time?
