Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for a missing 15-year-old child who has connections to Macclesfield.

Layton Bowman lives in Blurton, Stoke-on-Trent, but is known in Macc.

He also has connections in Weston Coyney as well as our town.

Layton was reported missing from his home address on 18 August, and has now been missing for a fortnight.

He is described as white, around 5 foot 8 inches in height, of slim to medium build with light brown hair.

He is believed to be wearing a dark-coloured jacket with a grey hooded sweatshirt underneath, possibly with the hood up.

Anyone who has seen Layton or anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on Facebook, Twitter, or call 101, quoting incident number 759 of 18 August.
