Macclesfield estate agent awarded as best in town for second year running

A Macclesfield property company have just won a British Property Award for Macclesfield, for the second successive year.
Belvoir Macclesfield have secured the Gold Winner Award which recognises them as the Letting Agent in Macclesfield for 2021-22.
They won the same gong in 2020-21 as well.
The small business is ran by husband-and-wife team Barry and Winnie Crooks.
Managing Director Barry Crooks said: "It feels fantastic to have won the award for a second consecutive year.
"We're very proud and it shows the hard work the team are putting in is being recognised.
"We have extremely high standards that we set for ourselves and we do everything possible to make sure we create the best experience possible for all our clients.
"To have won two Golds and a Regional Silver award in our first two years of owning the office tells us that not only are we doing the right things, but that we are doing them well.
"Hopefully we can be recognised again at regional level for Cheshire, and indeed, maybe even go one better than last time round."
Belvoir Macc also sell properties - and hope to bag more awards this year as they have been shortlisted for more.
In addition to their rental property expertise, Belvoir are also a credit to supporting the Macclesfield community.
They have donated 10% of their vendors fees to charity, and utilise the Kickstart Scheme to employ local young people.
Earlier this year, they brought on Macclesfield young adult Tash Lawson-Edge to increase their staff count to three.
She has now bagged a top job from her spell at Belvoir.
The British Property Awards claims to be one of the most inclusive estate agency awards providers as they do not charge to enter.
Their team independently and personally judges every estate agent as a mystery shopper.
Businesses are graded against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels.
