Property of the Week is brought to you by our partners, Holden & Prescott.
This week, we take a look around the Old Coach House on Manor Park Road in North Rode.
Priced at £1 million, this Grade II listed property is located on a country estate that previously belonged to John Smith Daintry, a banker and silk manufacturer from Macclesfield.
The listing reads: "Set within the picturesque parkland grounds of a small country estate, once the residence of the affluent Daintry family, stands a handful of scattered dwellings converted from the original estate buildings.
"Located next door to the Manor House is the converted Coach House in a truly idyllic setting with views onto rolling farmland and surrounding woodland.
"This fine Grade II property was converted by the current owners in 1995 and oozes charm and character combining a blend of original features with quality fixtures and fittings.
" It retains its historical integrity whilst being conducive to flexible, modern day living."

Approached via a cobbled courtyard, an impressive stone archway featuring a medieval boss welcomes you into the property.
The ground floor boasts both a sitting room and a seperate lounge, both of which come with feature brick fireplaces and exposed wooden beams.
The lounge also has fitted oak library shelves with wooden library steps.

In the dining room you will find original stone flooring and another exposed brick fireplace, with double doors leading through to the study which comes with a bespoke fitted timber desk.
The kitchen houses a range of bespoke fitted oak units and a matching island unit with a integrated wine fridge, as well as an Aga range cooker.
From here you flow through to the garden room where the grounds can be fully appreciated.

Completing the ground floor is the master bedroom which connects to an en suite and a separate dressing room.
Moving upstairs, the first floor is divided into three areas each with individual staircases.
Across the three areas you will find a further five bedrooms as well as a wet room and a shower room.

"The gardens to the rear are truly magnificent and have been effectively landscaped by the current owners to create a harmonious, sensory outdoor experience with an array of attractive planting, lawns, mature trees, rockeries and patios," reads the listing on Holden & Prescott's website.
"A paved pathway meanders through a planted rockery and large pond which provides a thriving habitat for wildlife.
"Overlooking the pond is a luxury breeze house with power and lighting creating the perfect venue for relaxing and/or dining and entertaining."
On top of this, the garden boasts its own aviary, a tennis court and a variety of outbuildings, including a workshop with offices above, a large shed, greenhouse and an open oak-framed garage for two cars with an attached store.
