Sheila offers a friendly, relaxed and welcoming environment. Mats and cushions provided.
What we to expect welcome and introductions, relax and settle, share information about the history of baby massage, different oils,
Cold pressed organic sunflower oil is provided along with a massage booklet and various other resources.
Demonstrate strokes on my doll building to full massage by week 5
The pace is calm and baby led (babies will cry, sleep, need nappy changed during the session) we learn to recognise when a baby might like to be massaged.
