What we're looking for:

• Experience handling calls and dealing with customers
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident, friendly telephone manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in plumbing/heating industry (preferred but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls professionally
• Booking in jobs and scheduling engineers
• Dealing with customer enquiries and updates
• Managing diaries and appointments
• General office administration
• Providing holiday cover when required
