We are a specialist engineering company, based in Macclesfield, which designs bespoke vacuum filtration equipment for the bulk separation of solids from liquids, for use in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and process industries.
We have a requirement for a part-time Office Assistant, of 15 hours per week, to undertake sales quotes, order processing, goods procurement, dispatches and general ad-hoc office support.
No specialist knowledge of industrial filtration equipment is required.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate a good level of organisation, communication and flexibility in a multi-functional working environment.
Some experience with standard computer systems required, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Working hours to be agreed but, typically, Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 2:00pm (30 mins lunch break 12:30pm to 1:00pm).
