Job Advert: Senior Town Planner Location: Cheshire Hybrid Working (Office & Remote) Salary: £45,000 (subject to review after 6 months) Are you an experienced Town Planner ready to take your career to the next level? As a Senior Town Planner, you will: Manage and deliver complex planning applications and appeals. Provide expert advice to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Work collaboratively on a diverse range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth. Ensure compliance with all relevant planning policies, regulations, and statutory requirements. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Town Planner, with a strong track record of managing projects to successful outcomes. Chartered Membership of the RTPI (or eligibility to apply). In-depth knowledge of UK planning legislation, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment, managing time and priorities effectively. What We Offer Salary: Competitive starting salary of £45,000 with a review after 6 months.
