Role: Sports Assistant / TA supporting autistic students in a small high school in the High Peak area that caters for children with Autism & Social/Emotional needs. Start: ASAP Pay: 100- 115/day (PAYE, based on experience) Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4pm

Why Join Us? This school, set in the beautiful High Peak area, supports autistic teens in a calm, friendly setting. With small classes and a focus on personalised learning, you'll help students build confidence, stay active, and develop social skills through tailored sports and PE sessions.

What You'll Do: Support PE lessons and run activities that get students moving, having fun, and feel good about themselves. You'll work in groups or one-to-one, helping with behaviour and encouraging positive attitudes through sport. Flexibility is key, you might help in other lessons too.

Who We're Looking For: Someone who loves sport and enjoys working with young people with additional needs. Patience, understanding, and a can-do attitude are a must. Experience with autistic students is a big plus but not essential.

What You Need:

• A CV covering your last 10 years
• At least 3 months' experience supporting young people.
• Right to work in the UK
• Photo ID and proof of address
• Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
• Two recent references
• Passion for helping young people thrive
