The Role

You'll be:Carrying out Care Act assessments and reviewsWorking with adults with learning disabilities and complex needsSafeguarding and completing Mental Capacity AssessmentsDeveloping care and support plans, including Direct Payments and commissioned servicesCollaborating with health professionals, providers, and families to promote independence and wellbeing

What we're looking for:

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registrationExperience within learning disabilities servicesSkilled in safeguarding, MCA, and outcome-focused practiceConfident managing a varied caseload in a busy environment
