We believe that values are just as important as experience when it comes to recruitment What you'll do: You will provide outcome-focused, person-centered support that promotes independence and maximises opportunities for the people we support. Your role will include: Supporting with medication management Teaching and encouraging life skills Assisting with daily living tasks Facilitating community access and engagement Providing emotional support Helping manage tenancies Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible support Who we're looking for: We need full-time (37.5 hours) part-time (23.5 hours) and bank (0 hour contract) staff ready to work across day and night shifts, working around a 7-day rota.
