What you'll do:
- Provide high-quality, holistic care that respects dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to meet patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.- Support medication management and uphold professional standards in line with NMC guidelines.
- Contribute to service development, audits, and education programmes.- Mentor junior staff and assist with rota planning and team communication.
