Role Title: LabWare MD Lead

We are looking for a LabWare MD Lead with a strong pharma background to support our upcoming initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Working closely with identified sites to define change control processes and ensure compliance.

Driving data strategy and preparing a comprehensive data migration plan.

Collaborating with sites to align on data naming conventions and bring all stakeholders on the same page to achieve data harmonization.

o Most of the data is already harmonized, but analysis naming changes will be common.

o For site-specific analysis, we will consider site inputs while maintaining overall consistency.

Acting as the key liaison with LabWare, ensuring smooth coordination and technical alignment.

Demonstrating leadership skills to stakeholders and effectively steering the data migration activities to success.

This position is critical for ensuring structured, compliant, and harmonized data migration across systems.
