As well as Macclesfield and Hurdsfield, Illingworth Ingham has other timber yards across the North West.

The company prides itself on the quality of its timber, which comes from forests across the world, some as far afield as Scandinavia, the Far East, and more.

It also operates with the professionalism and standards of a multi-branch business whilst retaining a distinct local and independent feel at each of its sites.

As Macclesfield branch co-founder Lisa Graveley explains: "The thing for us is that this is a relationship and not just a customer.

"Macc is a real community [...]. Everyone knows everyone. As soon as you do something right for one person, you get people talking about it, which is what you want."

Quality and expertise also goes a long way at these two local Illingworth Ingham branches.

The teams at the two sites boast decades of experience between them, and are able to identify dimensions and wood types by eye within a split second.

They can also offer advice on projects, materials, and much more.
