Booking for Macclesfield Leisure Centre's half-term Multi-Activity Days have opened.

The February half-term is fast approaching, and kids in the Macclesfield area can keep active and make new friends at Everybody Macclesfield.

The Multi Activity Days provide a safe location for children and young people age 8 to 13 years to come and relax, make friends and be active during the school holiday period.

Activities range from swimming, relay runs, to board games.

Even regular sports have been made more fun.

There's a giant dartboard for kids to shoot a football at, along with volleyball with a huge inflatable beachball.

Keith Rogers Youth Participation and Talent Lead at Everybody Health and Leisure said: "We are busy preparing in advance for this February half term with loads of activities lined up, favourites like benchball, swimming and dodgeball and even the inflatable dartboard which the children love!"

"Every day is different, children get to choose some of the activities during the week too, but our key focus is fun and ensuring everyone is involved."

And despite there being just days to go until the sessions start, a special offer is still available to take advantage of.

"Our Multi Activity Days provide a safe environment for children and young people aged 8 to 13 years to come and relax, make friends and be active during the holiday period," added Keith.

"[The Days] help young people build confidence and self-esteem while improving social skills, co-ordination and fitness levels.

"Bookings can be made online and we look forward to seeing you very soon!
