King's Year 11 students donned their glad rags to celebrate the end of their GCSEs.
In the panoramic gardens of Shrigley Hall, pupils gathered on Wednesday evening (June 25) before a dinner dance with entertainers and disco.
Arriving in Ferraris, Rolls-Royces and limousines, proud mums and dads dropped off their children surely remembering their own younger days.
Head of The King's Foundation, Jason Slack, who was there alongside many staff sharing the celebrations, said: "The prom season marks the end of a sustained period of hard work and exam nerves and it's wonderful to see the young people have a great time together.
"Prom is always a wonderful occasion for the pupils, but also their parents and teachers to come together and celebrate their achievements."
