We caught up with Gavin to find out more about starting new projects, and working for a family-run local business.

"In this industry, more than any other, people buy from people", Gavin explained.

"You want someone who can be 'my guy', 'my person', who you really trust.

"We can offer advice, give a real-life perspective, or point you in the right direction."

It's a valuable service in an industry such as this, which still turns very much on face-to-face interaction, word of mouth, and solid reputation. 

"We get lots of referrals from other builders", Gavin adds.
