Arrest made after reports of burglary at Macclesfield flats

An arrest has been made following reports of a burglary in Macclesfield.
Several police cars were spotted outside of Red House on Masons Lane on Tuesday afternoon, June 16.
It followed reports of a burglary, which resulted in the arrest of a 29-year-old man.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "At 1.55pm on Tuesday, June 16, police were called to reports of a burglary at an address on Masons Lane, Macclesfield.
"Officers attended the address and a 29-year-old man was arrested at the address.
"He remains in custody at this time (4pm on Tuesday, June 16)."
