Bollington Beer Festival fundraises £17,000 shared between 16 charities
The Bollington Beer Festival has distributed an astonishing amount of money to charities and good causes across the community.
People from as far as Somerset, Kent and Hampshire came up this year to enjoy the two-day event, spread across three sessions.
The volunteer-powered event saw beers from across England, as well as local tipples, enjoyed at the Bollington Arts Centre.
The cider and gin bar was also popular, at the event co-organised between a volunteer committee, the Arts Centre, and the Bollington Brewing Company.
This year, over £17,000 has been raised for good causes in and around Bollington.
16 organisations will benefit from the community fundraising.

"We are absolutely thrilled.
"The event is a much loved fixture in Bollington's social calendar and raising funds for local good causes makes it extra worthwhile for the team.
