An estate agent is selling a building which used to be housed by another estate agents.

29 Palmerston Street has come on the property market.

Last housed by Harvey Scott, Julian Wadden has brought the property to market which is being marketed as a house.

It is on the market for a guide price of £250,000.

In a town where commercial units don't come on the market often, this one has become available. And Julian Wadden had this to say about it: "The commercial premises within Bollington [comprises] 807 sq ft," said the description.

"Fantastic location within Bollington offering any business a prime spot within this historic Cheshire village.

"Previously used as an estate agents, this end terraced period premises is set over two storeys.

"The property comprises a predominantly open plan sales/office area to the ground floor, with WC to the rear.

"On the first floor there is a kitchenette/staff room and private office space.

"Outside there is a storage shed/outhouse.

"Call now to view, vacant possession."
