An appeal has been launched for a Macclesfield kitty deserving of a second chance of a fur-ever home.

Gorgeous Domestic short hair cat Sid's early life had been in "horrendous" conditions.

But following a rescue by RSPCA Macclesfield, and temporary care at their current foster home home in Macclesfield, Sid is ready for some loving at a new permanent home.

Could you rehome him?

The three-year old male came into RSPCA Macclesfield's care on January 30.

"Sid, our stunning mini Black Panther, along with 61 other cats was living in a one-bed flat in horrendous conditions," said an RSPCA Macclesfield spokeswoman.

"The owner left and abandoned the cats; the Local Council contacted the RSPCA. Sid had been in emergency boarding for a few weeks awaiting a rehoming space with a branch."

The cat has had all their jabs, chips and neutering procedures.

You can read a testimonial about how lovely the nervy cat it from their current Macclesfield foster owner on this link.
