'Dream come true' - Headteacher celebrates opening of new preschool building

A village preschool has moved into its new home.
The Wincle CE Primary School community came together on Tuesday, September 2, for the official opening of their new preschool building.
For many years, the preschool operated from a temporary building which had become old and in disrepair.
Thanks to the dedication of staff, parents, and the wider local community, an impressive fundraising effort was launched.
With a substantial grant from Chester Diocese added to the total, the vision of a new permanent preschool space has finally become a reality.
Headteacher Sarah Smith said: "This is a dream come true.
"We have been fundraising for so long and I can't believe the building is finally complete.
"We are excited to watch how our children shine in this fantastic new building."

The new 'state-of-the-art' building offers a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment for children aged two to four.
Designed with young learners in mind, the school say the bright, modern, space will provide space for children to thrive, learn and grow, giving them the opportunity to 'shine like stars' at the very start of their school journey.
Wincle Preschool is now open during term time, with families interested in finding out more about places asked to contact [email protected].
