This full-time job offers a salary of £42,900 a year, with 39 hours of work per week.

Belong villages provide award-winning dementia and nursing support, together with a range of accommodation, amenities and services to meet the needs of the Macclesfield community.

The successful applicant will be compassionate, with the expertise to motivate and inspire others. They must also be highly organised with excellent decision making skills.

The Support Manager will be a natural leader, supporting and growing the nursing and support teams that will provide an excellent service for older people living in the village.

Belong Macclesfield contains 18 self-contained apartments for independent living and six supported households, so there is a large amount of residents to serve.
