Charity shop staff left stunned by life-size horse donation

Charity shop staff were left stunned by their most recent donation.
If you've walked past Sue Ryder on King Edward Street recently you will probably have been surprised by what you saw in the window.
They currently have a life-size model of a horse for sale and it's fair to say shop manager Nick Milner hasn't seen anything like it before.
He said: "This is by far the most extraordinary item that has ever been donated to the shop, and it certainly has set tongues wagging locally.
"We've had lots of people making enquiries about where it came from, how much it's being sold for and even taking selfies at the shop window.
"Given that all money raised via Sue Ryder's shops goes to making sure that everyone dealing grief or living with a terminal illness gets the support they need, its fantastic that the horse has garnered so much interest.
"I have no doubt that it will make its way to a happy home very soon."

It is thought to be a display horse made out of fibreglass by Stubbs England, a stable and tack room equipment manufacturer.
Life-size, it measures 186cm from the floor to the top of its head and 220cm from nose to tail.
It is currently for sale via auction on eBay.
Two bids have already been submitted, taking the current price to £205.
Interested buyers should be aware they will have to collect it from the store in-person.
The listing adds: "Great piece to use for horse gear for display such as coats, saddles or used as a prop or decor!"
Money raised will go towards supporting the work of Sue Ryder, a national charity supporting people with life-limiting illnesses and bereavement.
