Macclesfield Fire Station will be bringing the heat... hot drinks that is... for their forthcoming tea party.

The Chester Road emergency service will host a coffee morning in aid of a national charity.

Macclesfield Fire Station will get the kettle on for three hours, this Sunday, to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Macclesfield Fire Station said: "On Sunday October 6 we are hosting a Macmillan Coffee Morning 10am - 1pm."

The charity provides specialist health care, info and monetary support to those impacted by cancer. (Image - Macclesfield Nub News)

"Please join us for drinks, cake and to raise money for a good cause."

Make sure you bring cash.
