EVENT DATE – 10th August 2025 Macclesfield Forest, Peak District I created these walks in nature for women who have experienced or are struggling with narcissistic abuse because I know how isolating and overwhelming the healing journey can feel. Having been in a four-year relationship with a narcissist myself, I deeply understand the challenges, the self-doubt, and the journey it takes to reclaim your sense of self after years of self-neglect and emotional abuse. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can start to trust yourself again, in your own time, find clarity, and feel the healing power of nature. Whether you're looking for companionship, inspiration, or simply a place to pause and reconnect with yourself, these walks offer all of that and more.
