East Cheshire Hospice is a good cause located on Macclesfield's Millbank Drive, and has offered excellent care to individuals and their families suffering from a life-limiting illness.
They're after their next Chef Manager, and you have less than a fortnight to apply!
East Cheshire Hospice said: "Are you an excellent team leader – are you able to develop and manage our in-house catering department?
"Can you provide and innovative and high quality food service for patients, staff and visitors?
"If so, East Cheshire Hospice wants to hear from you!
"You will be leading a team of 6, plus volunteers, that provides home-cooked style food to patients, staff and visitors.
"We are looking for a highly innovative, creatively minded Chef Manager who is willing to develop our in-house food service.
"You will have good initiative, excellent communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure and work effectively within set timeframes.
"You will have experience of managing, motivating and training a catering team within a charity, hotel or clinical environment. You will have a Level 3 NVQ qualification or equivalent and a good knowledge of relevant Health and Safety, Food Safety and HACCPs.
"You will be responsible for planning staff rotas and managing the department budgets and resources in order to maintain high quality products. You will be required to work flexibly over a 7 day period."
