This weeks featured vacancy will have you working at Macclesfield District General Hospital on Victoria Road.

The Recruitment Assistant role is for four months, working full-time at 37.5 hours a week.

If you fancy working in recruitment, but don't feel ready or a desire to work for a recruitment company, this could be the perfect position for you.

The successful candidate will have an enthusiasm for recruitment, and experience in admin or customer service tasks.

East Cheshire NHS Trust said: "The post holder will be able to develop their office administration and customer service skills within the Recruitment setting, including the opportunity to further develop a number of transferable skills within the NHS, providing an excellent base for a future career in this sector."

"They will develop their understanding of the Recruitment process in the NHS including national and local policy and guidance. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the Trusts wider HR Recruitment strategy including targeted recruitment campaigns, local community recruitment events and online through social media."

The salary is £18,546 to £19,918 a year Per Annum, with an agenda for change on the salary in the 16-week-contract.

"The hire will provide high quality administrative support assisting with the day to day operations of the Recruitment Team across a variety of tasks.

"They will be able to develop their office administration and customer service skills within the Recruitment setting, including the opportunity to develop a number of furthertransferable skills within the NHS.

"And develop their understanding of the Recruitment process in the NHS and have the opportunity to contribute to the Trusts wider HR Recruitment Strategy."

While no experience in recruitment is required, do mention IT and phone call proficiency in your application.
