A new shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables will open in Macclesfield this month.

Just Fruit and Veg replaces Lord of the Pies, which shut just weeks ago on 19 Chestergate.

The greengrocer is targeting an opening date of Monday November 28.

While Macclesfield Indoor Market does sell produce, and a stall does outside Macclesfield Town Hall on Market Place, there is a market for an independent grocer in the town centre. (If you don't like shopping at Tesco).

You can follow the new store on Facebook.
