A vacant retail unit on the Weston could find a new tenant soon, as the lease figures have been slashed.

The site on Weston Square, is where LJS Beauty used to be before it moved a few doors down.

It comprises 510 sq ft, with the rent being £8,500 pa.

A sandwich shop on the same street recently went off the market as well.
