And A+A Property Stagers has just been awarded Best Rated Property Staging of the Year award in Macclesfield, at the Quality Business Awards.

The Quality Business Awards recognises businesses that achieve an average quality score of 95% or greater over the previous 12 months.

"I would like to thank The Quality Business Awards for recognising the high standards of our work and how we have helped many property developers and homeowners sell their properties quicker and for money through the power of our home staging."

When pressed about why someone should seek her services, Angela, who works from an office in central Macclesfield, had this to say:

"Home staging is a crucial part of the process in getting your property sold quicker and for more money," she claimed.

"Whether it's a completed new-build ready to be put on the market or a homeowner with an empty property that they are struggling to sell, property staging is more than just soft furnishings.

"It is a proven method that involves researching the target demographic audience of the property and then strategically placing furniture and accessories to reach its maximum potential. Most people think that property staging is interior design.

"But in fact, it is the opposite. Interior design, a field in which I have worked for 30 years, is about making a space appealing to the owner, whereas property staging is about attracting the widest range of tastes and desires possible in order to increase viewings and secure a sale.

"It involves selling a lifestyle to viewers, enabling them to imagine themselves living in the space and giving them that instant 'wow' factor as soon as they walk through the door. It's also about strategically placing items around the property to lead them around and keep them wanting to see more.

"We work on empty properties that need to maximise their empty spaces to appeal to the widest audience."
