Macclesfield: The Bridge in Prestbury goes up for sale for millions of pounds

A Prestbury pub and hotel has gone on the property market.
The Bridge in Prestbury is up for sale for £4.5 million.
It follows the administration of Middlewich-based operator Flat Cap Hotels in January.
Offers in excess of £4.5 million will be heard, according to the online listing.
The award-winning hotel boasts 27 bedrooms, a bar inside and out, garden, and a space for people to get married.
The Grade II listed venue can seat 100 inside, 80 outside, and has a riverside function suite for another 80 people.
