A pair of new properties have been proposed in Tytherington.

The site at 63 Manchester Road is seeking planning permission for 'two new dwellings with associated external works.'

Already on the site of a residential property, four new parking spaces would be created, adding to the four already on the plot.

The homes would have their own drives, bin areas, two floors, and at least four bedrooms each.

Residents can view and make comments on the plans until later this. month, via this link.
