Macclesfield woman charged with multiple theft offences

Officers from Macclesfield South Beat Team have charged a woman in connection with theft offences.

Lauren Wilson, 26, of no fixed address but of Macclesfield, was arrested and charged with two counts of theft from a shop, one count of theft in a dwelling, public order and two counts of fraud by false representation.

She has been remanded into custody to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 1 March.

The charge follows an arrest by Macclesfield response officers in the early hours of Tuesday 28 February on Hope Street.
