Renew Medical Aesthetics (RMA), a leading Macclesfield-based skin clinic dedicated to celebrating natural beauty and wellness, has raised £2,143 for MyCWA (known as Cheshire Without Abuse) following its annual charitable initiative, the Face-A-Thon.

The clinic raised the funds for the local charity through ten hours of non-stop facials. It saw RMA's team of qualified nurses including Founder Kelly Saynor and aesthetics nurses Sharon Brown and Louise Bennett perform back to back 15-minute Express Facials, renowned for their effectiveness and rejuvenating properties.

The medical-grade bespoke facials, which cost just £20 and were specially designed for the Face-A-Thon, helped contribute to the funds raised, as well as a raffle with a host of beautiful prizes. Plus, Renew Medical Aesthetics has kindly doubled the donations raised by the event to result in the whopping total.

MyCWA has been a cornerstone in aiding adults and children impacted by domestic abuse in Cheshire since 1977. As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting its community, RMA is delighted to collaborate with CWA for this fantastic, and sadly, much needed cause.

Domestic violence support charity myCWA have an a charity shop in Macclesfield on Jordangate.

The ten hour fundraiser ran from 8am to 6pm, providing ample opportunity for the community to participate.

Kelly Saynor, founder of Renew Medical Aesthetics and specialist aesthetics nurse for 20 years, said: "We enjoyed welcoming so many people into the clinic for such a special cause. It was buzzing all day long! Everyone really enjoyed their relaxing and rejuvenating medical facials and left armed with glowing skin and goody bags.

She continued: "We had a jam packed day delivering back to back facials, which was tiring but enjoyable to see so many people join in with our annual Face-A-Thon event. We're proud to support such a worthy cause in MyCWA and know the funds will be put to very good use."

Cheshire Without Abuse operates a shop on Jordongate, Macclesfield, serving as a vital source of income for the charity and therefore those in need. By participating in the Face-A-Thon, individuals not only treated themselves to a pampering session but also contributed to a cause that makes a tangible difference in the lives of survivors of domestic abuse.

Renew Medical Aesthetics is located on Congleton Road in Gawsworth.

Saskia Lightburn-Ritchie, CEO at MyCWA, said: "We're truly grateful to Renew Medical Aesthetics for their unwavering support for our charity through their Face-A-Thon event. It was a huge success and we'd like to thank them for choosing us to fundraise for, as well as everyone who participated so generously with the event.

"Every single penny we receive goes towards helping adults and children experiencing domestic abuse in and across Cheshire and sadly, funds are needed now more than ever."
