A fundraising game of basketball will be held in memory of a Macclesfield mum-of-two.
Shelley Anne Bevan, who passed away aged just 37 in March, will be honoured with a charity basketball match this June.
The event will take place just five days after what would've been her 38th birthday.
There are hopes £2000 could be raised, with the money going to the late mum's two kids.
Currently, an online crowdfunder has raised £1115, which has been set up by Shelley's sister, Kerry Bevan.
"Shelley was a happy and mischievous child, and an amazing older sister to me," said Kerry.
"On March 2 this year, Shelley sadly passed away leaving a massive hole in her family and leaving her children Katie (11) and Kyle (14).
"In Shelley's teenage years, she spent a lot of time playing basketball at Reddish Vale Basketball Centre for numerous teams, which is why we are honouring her in this way.
"She played in the national league for Stockport, and had trials for the north of England team, and was known as the pocket rocket.
"As Shelley approached her adult years due to other commitments stopped playing basketball, but her love for the game remained."
Shelley attended Hurdsfield Primary School and St Alban's Catholic Primary School in Macclesfield. She later went to All Hallows' High School and Henbury High School.
Caring was in her nature. As evidenced by her resume of jobs.
Shelley worked for various companies in the Macclesfield area, such as Next Step Domiciliary Care (of Windmill Street), Sutton's The Rossendale Trust and Broughton Lodge.
She was also employed by Peatfields Day Centre on Park Lane.
"Shelley had two children Kyle in 2007 and Katie in 2010 they were her everything," added Kerry.
"Shelley throughout her teen years and adult years battled with addiction issues and mental health and sought help in 2019 through Change Grow Live Macclesfield (CGL).
"Shelley volunteered for CGL and worked at Edge 360. Shelley was a massive part of the recovery community in Macclesfield and helped many people.
"She also used TikTok to promote recovery and helped many people throughout the world spreading hope."
Shelley had 15,000 followers across her two TikTok accounts, which spread a positive recovery message, and garnered over 200,000 likes.
Shelley's son and daughter are now in the care of Shelley and Kerry's mum.
Shelley's Memorial Basketball Match will take place June 18 from 6pm, at Reddish Vale Basketball Centre (now known as Stockport Sport for All Centre).
Reach Out and Recover from Macclesfield and Mill Lane business Emblazed Print and Embroidery have sponsored the event.
"Funds raised will go towards Kyle and Katie's future," Kerry also said.
"Whether it be towards tuition fees, a car, getting on the property ladder, for all these things that unfortunately Shelley won't be here for.
"We are hoping to do an amazing raffle on the day from donations given from different companies in Macclesfield and Stockport.
Prizes up for grabs include Alton Towers tickets and Macclesfield-made bath bombs.
Macclesfield firms which have backed the event through prizes include Mootiful Gifts and Artmageddon Tattoo Studio - both of Mill Street.
