A Bollington musician has released a cinematic video filmed close to Macclesfield.
Megan Dixon Hood (26) has released the four-minute video for Third Lung, the lead single from her upcoming debut album.
Megan, who was born in Macclesfield but lives in Bollington, filmed her latest video in the Goyt Valley, a 10 mile drive from our town near Buxton.
The track - which implies the artist's dependency on nature - has been anchored by a beautiful video in the Peaks countryside.
You can view the video at the top of this article.
"I hope we captured the essence of 'Third Lung' and our admiration for the planet - this one's for you Mother Earth," said Megan.
"Music is a whole world to me and having the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded, creative individuals to take my music to another dimension is so fulfilling and I'm very grateful for that.
"Thank you to everyone who has been supporting the song for the past few weeks, you're all shining stars!"
Megan released Third Lung early last month, and the video was released today.
Third Lung has had almost 5,000 streams in the first month.
The Bollington performer has over 2,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
Megan is headlining Manchester's Deaf Institute on October 28.
