New 'artisan' food court set to open in Macclesfield later this year

A new food court looks set to open in Macclesfield town centre.
Signs for a food court have gone up at the bottom of the Stay Lusso apartment block at the end of Castle Street.
It is slated to open this autumn and will feature four 'artisan' food retail units and a covered dining area.
A search for operators to fill these units is now underway.
The sign reads: "Stay Lusso are proud to announce the final phase of its prestigious Macclesfield development.
"Situated at the gateway to the recently pedestrianised Castle Street, Stay Lusso provides 100+ studio to 2-bed apartments, in the heart of the towns shopping district.
"Occupying the entire ground floor of its Castle Street frontage, its food court will feature four artisan food retail units, adjacent to a covered dining area - offering a wide variety of food and drink in a welcoming environment."

The sign adds: "Enquiries are invited from operators keen to capitalise on this enviable location and the unique opportunity to directly service around 200 members of our vibrant community.
"Opening – Autumn 2025."
Stay Lusso Macclesfield opened in September 2021.
Huntsmere, the developer behind the apartment block, has been contacted for further information about the food court.
