New family-run takeaway brings global comfort foods together under one roof

A new takeaway is opening in Macclesfield.
Globites swings open its doors later this month, serving up comfort food from around the world.
Located at 125 Chestergate, the former home of Acacia Tree and more recently BOTECO, the business is owned by Salah Lakhdar his brother-in-law, Florentin Ferenzci.
Salah said: "We are a family-run business based in Cheshire, with extensive experience across a variety of international cuisines, all brought together under one roof.
"At Globites, we are proud to be the first in Cheshire to serve French tacos, alongside our popular smash burgers, authentic Middle Eastern shawarma, barista-quality coffee, and much more.
"We look forward to welcoming you soon!"

Globites opens for business at midday on Saturday, May 10.
To celebrate the opening, they will be offering 50 per cent off their lunch and dinner menus.
This includes smash burgers, French tacos, shawarma, sandwiches, desserts, and more.
Then, on Sunday (May 11) Globites will launch its breakfast offering.
All of this will be available to order on Just Eat, Uber Eats and Macclesfield Eats.
