If the European Championships has inspired you to indulge in more continental culture, then you are in luck.
As a new initiative, teaching languages in coffee shops in Macclesfield launched in the town this week.
Cheshire resident Chloe-Mairead Donnelly founded CMD Tutoring in 2020.
CMD Tutoring is a specialist Modern Foreign Language tuition service, with Chloe able to offer private tuition in five languages.
In addition to one-to-one lessons, Chloe is on a mission to make languages more accessible to everyone, and giving them a presence on the high street, as this week her 'Language Café' concept launched in Macclesfield.
The new Language Cafés, which already operates in five other Cheshire towns including Wilmslow and Sandbach, launched in three Macclesfield venues this week.
The Language Cafés are to establish conversational groups between people seeking to learn and develop their foreign language skills.
The three languages to learn in a group format are French, Italian and Spanish.
All sessions will happen on a Monday, at different times across three independent high street cafés.
Every Monday at 1:30pm, Café de France will host a Macclesfield Language Café session for those seeking to speak French.
Every Monday at 2:45pm to 3:45pm, All Things Nice will host Macclesfield Language Café session for those looking to speak Italian.
And finally, every Monday from 3:45pm to 4:45pm, Café Mustard will welcome a Macclesfield Language Café session for those wishing to speak Spanish.
The weekly sessions last an hour, and cost a fiver to attend.
Macclesfield Nub News asked Chloe as to what inspired her to start the Language Cafés.
"They were always an idea that I'd wanted to pursue, and I think it wasn't until recently I thought people would care about language learning," she said.
"I knew I wanted to support locally owned cafés as I know hospitality is struggling at the moment, so it means that I'm helping the local economy whilst also sharing my passion for languages with Cheshire.
"Without local cafes, running the Language Cafés would have been absolutely impossible.
"Everyone has been so welcoming and enthusiastic about the idea, and I think seeing that the cafe owners are backing the idea, it boosts my confidence too! I can't describe how grateful I am!"
Chloe can also offer private language tuition for Welsh, and English as a second language.
When pressed as to why Brits should be more brave when it comes to language, the business owner had this to say: "There's definitely a lot of stereotypes about Brits abroad, and they always make me chuckle," she confessed.
"But a lot of Brits have the view that if the rest of the world speaks English, why bother? Learning a second language comes with so many benefits, and it's also a fab opportunity to pick up a new skill!"
This summer, Chloe has won the Young Entrepreneur of the Year (aged 30 and under) at the Cheshire Life Champions Awards.
She had this to say to those who have helped her on her journey thus far.
"I wouldn't be where I am today without so many people," she revealed.
"It's no secret that I have autism and ADHD, and my family and friends are so incredibly supportive about what I do, and constantly encourage me and uplift me.
" I also have an absolutely wonderful boyfriend that cheers me on and supports me, there's so many people to thank!"
So, why not push yourself and attend a Language Café session on Monday July 8 (or a following Monday)?
