The price has been slashed on a Bollington Post Office up for sale.

West Bollington Post Office, of 65 Wellington Road, went up for sale last spring on a retirement sale.

Fast forward a year, the Post Office is available to purchase for a reduced price than it was this time last year.

As reported by Macclesfield Nub News, the business was up for sale for £75,000 last year.

However, £5000 has been slashed off the asking price.

The West Bollington Post Office can now be purchased for £70,000.

The listing said: "Delightful Sub Post Office / Greetings Cards/ Gifts/ Stationary occupying a prominent trading position within the desirable Cheshire village of Bollington - Post Office Salary circa £42,500 per annum, Weekly Takings £600, terrific growth potential, low overheads, retirement sale, viewing highly recommended."

And it is not the only change.

Daltons Business Transfer was previously employed to deliver the sale, but now Kings Business Transfer are dealing with it.
