Officers investigating multiple reports of shoplifting from the same convenience store in Macclesfield have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to.

Over the past month officers have received at least three reports of shoplifting involving the same man at the Co-op Store on West Park Drive, Macclesfield.

During the incidents a number of items have been stolen, mainly high value bottles of alcohol.

Enquiries have been ongoing and officers have now released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in relation to these incidents.

"As part of our investigation we're keen to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV image as we think he may hold vital information.

"If anyone recognises this man, please contact us via this link or call 101, quoting IML 1691116.
